This policy explains what data BOB PRO processes, how and why. It is deliberately minimal : the app is built to collect as little data as possible.
The content of messages, photos and voice messages is end-to-end encrypted on devices. Private keys are kept on connected devices; the browser stores the keys it needs to operate. Direct calls between compatible mobile apps negotiate encryption. Computer calls and voice rooms do not currently provide end-to-end encryption.
Organisation data: group and channel names, event space titles, dates, members, roles and assignments are readable by the server. The resource catalogue and its bookings are not end-to-end encrypted. Some event, contribution and schedule details are encrypted. Information voluntarily provided in a profile or report may also be readable.
What we process:
No phone number, email or real name is required to create an account. Encrypted messages are retained for delivery and synchronisation between devices; they are not automatically deleted after delivery. Previously shared files may remain available to their recipients.
BOB PRO does not tolerate abusive or illegal content or harassment. You can take action:
Minimum age: 18. Exchanges between users are not filtered — see the terms of use.
BOB PRO applies zero tolerance towards child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The app is for people aged 18 and over and is not intended for minors.
